What basic functions of Office 365 will I be expected to know how to utilize on October 20, 2014?
Will my calendar events, contact lists, and group lists be moved from FirstClass to Outlook?
Will personal calendar events, school calendars, and district calendars be migrated to Outlook?
Will the FirstClass Conference critical to our day to day school functions be available after October 20th?
In Infinite Campus, when I click on the email link for a parent, it defaults to my FirstClass account. Can the default be changed to my Outlook account?
Can I embed my calendar on my class website?
On October 20th if I try to email from First Class will and error pop up reminding me that I cannot?
Can an alert be added to First Class on October 20th reminding users every time they log in to go to Outlook for email?

At Benson, our school has a Parent Contact conference with a live form that teachers fill out each time they make a parent contact. It has one form for every child that has been contacted. How will can we replicate this in Office 365?
When a student enters our building for the first time as a new student, I have rights to create a First Class account for them. How will this be handled? Will I still have rights? If not, what is the expected turnaround time to give them an account?
If after October 20th we noticed mistakes in Office 365 directory such as building locations and spelling of names who do we contact to correct them?
What apps are suggested for download on iPads, phones, and other mobile devices to help connect with Office 365?
